This Privacy Policy explains how RoyalSkyServices (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information of users (“you”) who use our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “App”).
Our App includes both Rider and Driver versions.

By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

For Riders

When you sign up or use the Rider app, we collect:

  • Name – to identify your account.

  • Email address – for communication and account verification.

  • Phone number – to facilitate trip communication and security.

  • Password – for account security and authentication.

  • Location data – to determine pickup and drop-off points, calculate fares, and connect you with nearby drivers.

For Drivers

When you sign up or use the Driver app, we collect:

  • Full name and selfie/photo – for profile identification and verification.

  • Email address – for communication and verification.

  • Phone number – to facilitate trip coordination and support.

  • Vehicle details – including model, color, number plate, number of passengers, year of manufacture, and vehicle photo, to help riders identify your vehicle.

  • Password – for secure access to your account.

  • National ID or Passport and a photo of the same – for identity verification and safety compliance.

  • Driver’s license number and photo – to confirm driving authorization and safety compliance.

  • Location data – to match you with ride requests, show your live position, and record trip routes.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account.

  • Connect riders with nearby drivers.

  • Provide navigation, route optimization, and fare calculation.

  • Enable communication between riders and drivers.

  • Ensure safety and verification for both parties.

  • Send trip notifications, receipts, and updates.

  • Improve app functionality and user experience.

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.


3. Location Data

  • Riders: Your location is used to suggest pickup points, find nearby drivers, and estimate arrival times.

  • Drivers: Your location is used for live trip tracking and to connect you with riders in your area.
    Location data may be collected while the app is open or running in the foreground.
    If you grant additional permission in the future, we may collect location data in the background only while you are actively engaged in a ride or providing transport services.

You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.


4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only in the following cases:

  1. With Firebase (Google LLC) — We use Firebase for authentication, real-time database, and secure cloud storage. Firebase acts as a third-party data processor under Google’s privacy terms.
    Firebase data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

  2. With Service Providers — We may engage other trusted providers to support services such as analytics, cloud hosting, or payment processing, under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Security

We take data protection seriously.
Your personal data is stored securely in encrypted form via Firebase and other protected systems.
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.


6. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account remains active or as required by law.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove or anonymize your data, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., dispute resolution or fraud prevention).

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or correct your personal information.

  • Delete your account and data.

  • Withdraw consent for data processing (where applicable).

  • Restrict or object to specific data uses (e.g., marketing).
